Returns and Exchanges

• I do not accept return of artwork.
• If you would like to exchange it for another item from my shop, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
• The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and state for exchanges to be processed.
• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Because of the custom nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept exchanges for:
  
  • Rolled Canvas art prints
  • Stretched Canvas art prints
  • Custom Orders
  • Items on sale

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

-Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down. 

– Please make sure that you clean your hands before handling any canvas painting. 

– Never hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source. 

– Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas painting. 

– If over the years you notice that your canvas is starting to loosen up and sag. You can spray an even fine mist of clean water or distilled water on the back of the canvas. The canvas should tighten up when it dries
